These Terms govern the use of the Ejecutivos de Élite platform, available at app.ejecutivosdeelite.com (the “App”), operated by Lucas Albo LLC (“we”). By using the App, you accept these Terms.
These Terms also govern our sales pages and our payment and purchase flows for our products and programs, whatever domain they are hosted on. By purchasing or paying for any of them, you accept these Terms.
The App lets users manage their participation in the program and centralize the leads from their advertising campaigns, by voluntarily connecting their Facebook Page to receive them and respond promptly.
Access to the App, the courses and the programs is obtained through a subscription or a purchase. Subscriptions are billed periodically and renew automatically for successive periods until you cancel them. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are in section 8.
You must be of legal age and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your access confidential.
By connecting your Page, you authorize the App to read your leads through Meta’s APIs. Data use is governed by our Privacy Policy and Meta’s terms. You may disconnect your Page at any time.
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Each user is responsible for their own leads’ data.
We strive to keep the App available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or external causes. We may modify or discontinue features, with notice where appropriate.
The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the App.
There are no refunds of any kind. This applies to the entire ecosystem: monthly subscriptions, the paid trial period, the Sprint60 / Sprint Meta program and corporate programs. By purchasing any of them you accept that the payment is non-refundable, in whole or in part.
This applies to the extent permitted by the law of your country of residence. If that law grants you a right of withdrawal or a right to a refund, that right prevails and you may exercise it; write to us and we will process it. Beyond that legal minimum, this section applies (see also section 10).
Payments are handled by our payment providers. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them.
You may cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period or any previous period.
The trial period charge covers access during that period and is likewise non-refundable. If you do not wish to continue, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged for the following period.
One-time programs —including Sprint60 / Sprint Meta— are non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed, as access to the content and materials is delivered immediately.
If you believe a charge was made in error, write to lucas@lucasalbo.com before opening a claim with your bank: billing errors are corrected.
8.5 · Prior purchases. This section applies to purchases made on or after its publication date. Anyone who purchased under earlier terms keeps the terms they accepted at that time.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Lucas Albo LLC (United States), without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
That reservation does not extend refunds beyond what such law requires: beyond that legal minimum, section 8 applies.
